Details: This video shows that office politics are an inevitable part of the work world.  And that many times we feel that everyone's crazy except us!  Specific office political destructive behaviors are identified including gossip, back-stabbing and game playing.  Students will see consequences - both long term and short term - from office politicking and realize there's a price attached to behaviors that are counterproductive. Good communication skills and honest intentions are emphasized in this show as is the importance of understanding one's own values.  Also stressed is the attribute of patience and acceptance.  Sometimes the only thing we have power over to change is our own attitude! Length: 15-20 minutes.
