These organizations depend on teams to develop new techniques, solve problems, increase productivity, improve quality, and achieve cost. Two veterans in the health care and education fields provide insight into the role of teams and the skills needed for excellent patient care. Topics include: communication, appearance, discussion points, tapping into the strengths of each team member, listening, and observing.
