Details: More than half of all communication is non-verbal.  Why non-verbal messages are so important in the workplace is explored in this colorful and playful presentation.  This video describes the various components of non-verbal communication.  Students will learn how to interpret various non-verbal messages:  eye-contact, facial expression, posture, gestures, appearance, and use of space.  This video teaches the difference between what you say (the content) and how you say it (the delivery).
